Bergamot – is small tree of the family Rutaceae. Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the rind of the fruit, and for the production of 1 kg of oil is necessary to 200 pounds of fresh raw material (skin).

Accordingly, the essential oil of bergamot is successfully used in the treatment of acute respiratory infections, sore throats and other diseases of broncho-pulmonary system.

Bergamot oil acts aid in the normalization of the gastrointestinal tract, treatment of infections of the genitourinary system and the fight against parasitic infections (helminths). Also normalizes the sebaceous glands and prevents acne skin.
